The Shoulder Pain and Disability Index (SPADI) is a patient-reported questionnaire that consists of 13 items to assess shoulder pain and disability. It contains two subscales, one for pain (5 items) and one for disability (8 items). The SPADI is designed to be self-administered and takes 5-10 minutes to complete. It provides validated measures of shoulder pain and function and is a commonly used shoulder-specific outcome tool.
