2. Introduction
In this lab, frequency response is introduced by the study of the frequency selectivity of
Parallel Resonance.
3. Apparatus
Digital Function Generator (GFG-8020G/GFC2004)
Test equipment use to generate deferent types of electrical waveforms over
vide range of frequencies. The common waveforms generated by this instrument
are sine, square and triangular.
Capacitor (0.22F), Resistor (470), Inductor (2.2mH), Bred board and Jumper

5. Procedure
Firstly, Using R = 470, L = 2.2 mH, and C = 0.22 f. Applyed a sinusoidal input voltage of
peak 2.5V to the circuit and display both input and output on the screen of the
oscilloscope.
With the frequency varied from 253rads-1 to 65.3kH in increments of 5krads-1 measured
the rms voltage across resistor and measured of the output signal with respect to the
input signal.
Plot the output voltage against the input frequency, Used the additional data points
recorded above to increase the accuracy and marked the point of resonance.
Finally, slowed half power frequencies and phase angel.

9. Discussion & Conclusion
Discussion
resonant frequency is the frequency at which the reactance of the capacitors and
When we are calculating the frequency of parallel circuits, we should consider the
Conclusion
In those experiments we could observe the alternating current that go through
components such as resistors and capacitors.
In this laboratory we were understand how to get value for phase angel.
We have to practice more measure those things.
