Mery : Excuse me. I want to check my sisters illness. Where should I go?

Receptionist : You can go ahead to check up your sister with General Practitioner on the second
floor.
Mery : Could you point me where is the room?
Receptionist : Its on the second floor. You can go there by taking the elevator or stairs.
Mery : Very well. Thank you.
Receptionist : Youre welcome.
Wiwik : Where are we going, Mer?
Mery : Were going to the General Practitioners room on the second floor for checking up your
illness.

[In the front of General Practitioners room]


[At the registrations counter]
Mery : Excuse me. I want to check up my sisters illness.
Nurse : Firstly, you need to fill in this form and take your queue number and then sit down to
wait until your queue number is called.
Mery : [Filling in the form and taking the queue number] Here you are. Thank you.
Nurse : Please have a seat while waiting.
[15 minutes later]
Nurse : Ayu Wiwik, number 7!
Mery : Look, our number is mentioned. Lets go enter the room.

[Inside the doctors room]


Mery : Good morning, Doc.
Doctor : Good morning, Ms. Please have a seat.
Mery : Thank you, Doc.
Doctor : Whos the patient?
Wiwik : I am, Doctor
Doctor : What is your name?
Wiwik : My name is Wiwik.
Doctor : How old are you?
Wiwik : Im 19 years old.
Doctor : So, whats the matter with you?
Wiwik : Um I had a headache and a fever since 3 days ago. I feel so dizzy
Mery : Yes, Doctor. Since 3 days ago she had a fever then I gave her some medicine to bring
down her fever. And in the morning, I thought that her fever had gone away, but after she woke
up she said that she got fever again. And it happened since 3 days ago. And in this morning her
temperature was higher than last night. She complains that she feel dizzy.
Nurse : Ms. Wiwik I am going to measure your temperature, would you raise your arm.
Wiwik : Sure.
Nurse : Then can you to give me your right hand, I want to meaasur your blood preasure.
Wiwik : Okey nurse
Doctor : I think Wiwik need to do blood test first, the nurse will help you.
Wiwik : Really?? Why I need to do blood test?
Doctor : After the blood test we will know what is the disease.
Wiwik : Yes, please do it.
Nurse : Please give me your right hand, I will take your blood. Akan terasa agak sakit jadi tolong
ditahan
Doctor : Nurse please bawa darah pasien ke laboratorium untuk diperiksa
Nurse : baik dok
Doctor : tunggu hasil labnya nanti saya panggil lagi
Wiwik : baik dok

Di ruang tunggu
Nurse : keluarga pasien yang bernama ayu wiwik silakan masuk
Mery : bagaimana hasilnya suster?
Nurse : wiwik positif terkena demam berdarah, pasien harus dirawat inap. Apakah bersedia untuk
dirawat inap
Mery : apapun yang terbaik untuk wiwik tolong lakukan
Nurse : baik, silakan sekarang urus administrasi di resepsionis
Mery : thank you nurse

Di resepsionis
Receptionist : apa yang bias saya bantu?
Mery : saya mau mengurus rawat inap pasien yang bernama ayu wiwik yang terkena demam
berdarah
Receptionist : ohh silakan ini form pendaftaran terlebih dahulu
Mery : (menulis form pendaftaran dan menyerahkan pada resepsionis)
Receptionist : Ayu wiwik mendapatkan kamar no 132 di lantai 3. Perawat akan membantu
memindahkan pasien ke ruang inap
Mery : baik terimakasih atas informasinya
