AQM Error

The logfile indicates an issue with the odm1 license or missing polqa apk on devices. The lic files for two devices were regenerated by the customer. To reload the lic file, stop odm services, wait 30 seconds, and restart odm services after ensuring mobile data access and checking for the OnDevicePolqaService apk.

The logfile states that "endpoint not available" this indicate a odm1 license problem

or missing polqa apk in the devices.


We have regenerated the lic files for the 2 device in the attachment from the
customer.
Please check if the apk is on the device.
Settings->More->"Application Manager"
Check for OnDevicePolqaService

To reload the lic file.


1: Make sure that you have Mobile Data access.
2: Stop odm services
adb shell am broadcast -a com.ascom.ondevice.STOP -n
com.ascom.ondevice/com.ascom.ondevice.OnDeviceBroadcastReceiver
3: Wait 30 sec.
4: Start Odm service
adb shell am broadcast -a com.ascom.ondevice.START -n
com.ascom.ondevice/com.ascom.ondevice.OnDeviceBroadcastReceiver

This is mainly for internal usage.
