Interpretation:

Regardless of the number of key strengths and weakness included in an IFE Matrix, the highest
possible total weighted score for an organization is 4.0 and the lowest possible total weighted
score is 1.0. The average total weighted score is 2.5. Total weighted scores well below 2.5
characterize organizations that are weak internally, whereas scores significantly above 2.5
indicate a strong internal position.

Since the total average weighted score is 2.525, We can say the Bottler Nepal have a good or
strong internal position but they should be aware about increasing their internal position as the
weighted sore is just above average i.e. 2.525

Regardless of the number of key opportunities and threats included in an EFE Matrix, the highest
possible total weighted score for an organization is 4.0 and the lowest possible total weighted
score is 1.0. The average total weighted score is 2.5. A total weighted score of 4.0 indicates that
an organization is responding in an outstanding way to existing opportunities and threats in its

opportunities or avoiding external threats.

Since the total weighted core is 2.825 which is above the average sore we can interpret that
