Day 10

The teacher used several behavior management strategies in the classroom including a behavior chart, praising positive behavior, and establishing clear rules at the start of lessons. The behavior chart placed students on the sun, rainbow, or cloud depending on their behavior, and students did not like being placed on the cloud. Praising students who followed rules was effective because they wanted to earn praise. Setting rules at the start of lessons helped eliminate behavior problems. The strategies were deemed useful as they motivated students to behave well.
