Roles & Responsibilities:
Act as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit.
Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the clients side.
Manage complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
Build a strong business relationship with the internal client
Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risk
Facilitate the management team to bring best solutions for employees.
Act as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people organization.
Design and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves.

Act as the member of the HR Management Team.

Job Description:
Summary:This position is primarily responsible for strategically supporting project & delivery
operations for the software development teams.
Pre - requisite:
Knowledge in ERP or SAP is highly preferred (Not Mandatory) or programming languages such as
Java/C++/C#, and SQL.
Knowledge of current trends in the specific field.
Interest and/or experience in the IT, consulting, or telecommunications industries.
Flexibility to travel as needed, ranging from minimal to 100% travel depending on the assignment
sooner or later.
High level of written and oral communication in the English language
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in meeting deadlines in a high pressure environment
Demonstrated ability to solve problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm and innovation
