Job Description:

Summary:This position is primarily responsible for strategically supporting project & delivery
operations for the software development teams.

Job Title:Executive Delivery Operations.

Reporting to:Delivery Manager/Project Manager Delivery Team


Qualification: PGDM (Preferably IT, Systems, Operations, General Management, Business Analytics) with
70% consistent scores & without history of arrears from 10th standard till date.

Pre - requisite:
Knowledge in ERP or SAP is highly preferred (Not Mandatory) or programming languages such as
Java/C++/C#, and SQL.
Knowledge of current trends in the specific field.
Interest and/or experience in the IT, consulting, or telecommunications industries.
Flexibility to travel as needed, ranging from minimal to 100% travel depending on the assignment
sooner or later.
High level of written and oral communication in the English language
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in meeting deadlines in a high pressure environment
Demonstrated ability to solve problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm and innovation
Demonstrated poise, confidence and professional maturity to interface with senior-level executives

Roles & Responsibilities:


Effectively understanding business change needs, assessing the business impact of those changes,
capturing, analyzing and documenting requirements and supporting the communication and delivery of
requirements with relevant stakeholders.
Actively oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-term project which has
a beginning, an end and specified deliverables.
Should have the key skill of being able to map the requirements of the customer to the capabilities of the
SAP system.
The responsibilities of Project Management Office Team includes: tracking status of project
deliverables and milestones; supporting the adoption of the project lifecycle and deliverables;
project risk analysis and issue coordination.
Monitoring the status of projects transitioning into normal service; coordination of the regular project
and project level reporting cycles; co-ordination of project Governance arrangements, Post Project
Reviews, and workshops.
