Training for AsureId 7 Express version with Database Connectivity

Step 1 : Install the Software. Activate the license key.


Step 2 : Open AsureId software.
Step 3 : Open Card Design (To design the layout) One Time Only
Step 4 : Start designing.

Company/Organization
Name use Text Label if
applicable
Photo box

Variables Eg. Name, Position,


IC No to use Data Filed

Step 5 : Save the template.


Step 6 : Go to Data Entry for database.
Step 7 : At Data Entry,

Connect to MS Access or CSV file. Click Next

Select Comma Separated Values and press Next


Click at Browse and the select the database from saved folder. Tick () at Contains
Header Row and press Next

Select Import Source Field from database & Template Field from card design. Make sure both
selected fields are same. Eg. Name to Name, Position to Position.

Add both selected fields under Field Links. Mark Unique any of the number field.

Only for photo, select both field, press at Image File Import.

Click Browse. Select & Link the folder to import the photo.
Click Next.
Press Begin Import and Next.

Check the total records.


Finish. View by table.
