1) Why do you want to work for this company? Why are you interested in this job?

Above all else, your organization is a multinational organization and it is all around disavowed
in our nation and in addition around the world. What's more, it is an awesome benefit to work for
your association nobody can miss this opportunity to land a position in your organization. My
abilities are coordinating with this employment profile necessity that is the reason I need to work
with this organization to enhance my aptitudes and learning. I need to investigate my ability
through your organization.

2) Have you done this kind of work before?

I have done my best work in my previous position. Even whatever I am today that is the result of my
past hard work. I have improved myself a lot by doing hard work and that experience will inspire me to
lot to do well in future. My previous performance in my last job was outstanding and attracted both
employees & management to me. Here in your company some operations might be different but I can
assure you if I get some training I can learn everything in very less time.

3) What kind of training or qualifications do you have?

In my qualification, I am graduated with business. Before that I have done senior secondary from India.
Here in Canada, I am doing job at Tim hortons and while working in this company I gained a lot of
skills which will be definitely helpful for me in this job.

4) Tell me about yourself. Why should we hire you?

Myself Sukhjinder Singh In my qualification, I am graduated with business.I am punctual, responsible,

smart worker and flexible to adapt new skills and qualities very quickly. If you hire me, it would be a
great platform for me to showcase my skills and qualities. Whatever goals I set, I ensure to complete
them within a stipulated time.

5) What do you do in your spare time?

Whenever I get some spare time from my busy schedule, I use to explore new places as I am fond of
travelling. I also spend my spare time to learn new things by surfing internet. Sometimes I use to play
volley ball and love to listen music.

6) What do you think of working in a group?

I also prefer to work in a team. Also I am a team player. I know that being cooperative, open-minded,
and focused are important aspects to being a successful team member. I feel more motivated when I
work with a group.

7) How do you react to instruction and criticism?

I think instruction and criticism is good for those people who want to become successful in their
profession because if some criticized your work you should thank him because indirectly it helps you to
find your mistakes. When I joined in my on new organizations everything was new for me and I have
done a lot of mistakes while working. But thanks to my team they have criticized me so that I have
become good and strong team member.

8) With the kind of work experience you have had, do you think this job would bore you?

As my previous job was in Beverages Company, I gained a lot of knowledge and technical as well as
transferable skills from that job. I learned to operate various machines. I have the capabilities to make
my work more interesting so I do not think that this job would be boring for me at all.

9) Why did you choose this line of work?

I only choose this line of job because of couple of reasons. Firstly, from my childhood I have great
interest in machines and I love to work on machines thats why I did mechanical engineering to get job
like this. Another reason is that I like to supervise the workers because I have the qualities to be a good
team leader. Moreover I have done graduation in business I would like to work as a plant manager after
getting adequate experience in this job.

10) How well do you work under pressure or tight deadlines?

Yes, definitely I can work under pressure because in pressure, I will be able to understand my strong
and weak sides perfectly. This will definitely help me to get a standard knowledge on my way and work
me confidentially. It will be a challenge to me and I am ready for it.

11) How often were you absent from work in your last job? Have you ever had any serious
illness or injuries? Do you have any health problems?

In my last job I hardly got absent from work only for two times, that is too because once I had to attend
a wedding ceremony of my brother and once I had a work in immigration department. I am very
thankful to God as he gave me I healthy body and I do not have any health problems; moreover I am
very health conscious person.

12) Have you ever been fired or quit a job?

No, I never been fired from any job. The previous job I did was only part time job, so now my study
has completed I want to start full time job thats why I quit my first job myself.

13) Why haven't you worked recently?

As I was doing my bachelor, I was doing only part time job, but due to my final examinations I leave
my job before two months. That is the reason that I have not worked recently.

14) What are your long-term goals or career plans?

My long-term goals involve growing with a company where I can continue to learn, take on additional
responsibilities, and contribute as much value as I can. I see myself as a top-performing employee in a
well-established organization, like this one. I plan on enhancing my skills and continuing my
involvement in related professional associations. Once I gain additional experience, I would like to
move on from a technical position to management. I know this is a common path for many people in
this position. However, for now, I am excited about focusing on and applying my technical skills in this
job.

15) What do you feel are your greatest strengths?

My Strengths are my Positive thinking and Optimistic nature also I am a self motivated person and also
I have a good leadership qualities. My greatest strength is I am very punctual to my work.

16) What do you feel are your weaknesses?

I have only very few weaknesses, one of them is I am the kind of individual who dependably brings my
work home with me. This occasionally meddles with my own life however I feel that work starts things
out.

17) How would you describe your last employer?

I really appreciate my previous employer as he gave me the opportunity to acquire a lot of skills and
experiences. I have no complaints. I'm happy with the way they treated me and the way they treat their
staff in general. They were good employers. They have taught me a lot I also have gained a lot of
experience and I feel appreciated by them for the results I achieve and, generally, as a member of their
team. I do feel that they're perhaps not as fast-moving and progressive as they could be which is
probably my main reason for wishing to move on and join an organization such as yours.

18) What five words would be describe you?

The best five words to describe me would be, I am punctual, smart worker, responsible, good team
leader and totally dedicated to my work.

19) What did you like about your last job?

The thing I like most about my last job was the behavior of my employer as well as my co workers.
Everyone was very cooperative to each other .Even my supervisor was very polite to everyone and he
always remain ready to teach us new skills with lot of patience .Another thing I liked most was the
responsibility they gave me to lead the team members.

20) Why did you leave your last position?

I leave my last position in order to enhance my skill set, as I am looking for better opportunities.

21) What are your long range goals?

22) What kind of machines or equipment have you worked with?

In my previous job I worked on various CNC machines as well as manual machines like capper
machines, label machines, drop pack, code machines, palletizer and depalletizer and wrapping
machines.

23) What type of salary are you looking for?

I am looking for a competitive package that takes into account benefits and other forms of
compensation, but I would like to know a little more about the job requirements first.

24) What do you know about our company?

What I feel about Your Company is that it has excellent work culture, provides good platform and also
have good reputation in the Industry. I want to work for such company to shape up my career and also
want to utilize my potential & skill for the organizational Growth.

25) Do you have any other skills of experiences that we have not discussed?

So far I let you know all my skills of experiences finally I would like to say I will be constantly keeping
tab of assigned work with my subordinates and seniors, finishing the assigned job before deadlines.
