Builders Ltd as a contractor of your renowned company on behalf of my company. We
have enclosed our company profile with this application for your kind review and due
action.

We declare that, we have the legal capacity to enter into a contract with you, and have
not been declared ineligible by the Government of Bangladesh on charges of engaging in
corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices.

We certify that to the best of our knowledge, the information provided by us is correct
and true. We understand that if any of the particulars and statements provided is proven
to be incorrect and false, our enlistment shall be liable to cancellation.
