the term such as globalization, triple bottom line, more for less

revolution, social responsibility, ethics, governance and the list
goes on. To keep abreast with these dynamic changes, there is a
dire need for students to develop global mindset, hone their
leadership skills, greater awareness of self and context, holistic
thinking skills, develop empathy and thical perspectives and
soft skills. At real institute of manangement and research, all
our efforts are towards grooming our students with these
qualities and skill sets.

We have always focused to nurture our students as global

citizen managers and our AAA approach is a step to further
advance in that direction. AAA is an acronym for Acquisition,
Application and Assimilation of knowledge. The approach

of different field of excellence.

Collage has a fully equipped
library which has a large
number of books of various
field. Library is also
equipped with large number
of journals from both
national and international
research. E-library helps the
students to learn by getting
connected with the digital
world. Pleasant environment
in the library and reading
area helps the students to
focus with the greater side
of their concentration.

COMPUTER CENTER
Large number of computers
connected to the internet help
the students to maintain their
connection with the rest of the
 world all of the time. Money
control, SAP, Excel,etc are the
several softwares which are
important for the students as far
as industrial orientation is
concerned. Such type of
softwares are exclusively taught
to the students.

CLASSROOM
Comfort ability for seating has
been given a special emphasis
which brings about a kind of
enthusiasm among the students
for learning.

Gymnasium
Fit body help the students to
keep their mind sound and
concentrate on rest of the daily
activities. Keeping this in mind,
RIMR has a fully equipped
gymnasium where students
warm-up and work out to
maintain their fitness.

Sports
 In order to keep zeal for various
other activities, it is important to
follow your hobbies as well for a
part of busy schedule. What
could be an entertaining and
exciting activity other than
sports! Table tennis, chess,
cricket, carom, badminton are
some of the sports which RIMR
students are mostly interested
in.

LANGUAGE LAB
For being a responsible future
manager, it is very important for
the students to have an effective
communication skills and
personality. Language lab is a
feature of RIMR which provides
an overall development and
orientation facility to the
students in order to make them
industry saleable.

Various specialization offered are finance, human
resource, marketing, operation, banking, Information Technology
Management, International Business Management, Banking & Financial Services
Management, Agri Business Management, Power Management, Environment Management ,
Health care. Students discover their true potential after
practicing rigor and focused hard work having selected
the specialization of their choice.

RIMRS commitment to producing thought leaders and

masters of innovation reveals itself in the variety of
contemporary and comprehensive business management
courses it offers. To meet the challenges of tomorrow, we
need to usher in the new and keep developing the old.
When MBA taught in an innovative manner which RIMR
implements, the program has the flexibility to incorporate
these new trends while still providing the fundamentals
of management education. MBA program of RIMR
nurtures world class managers with analytical tools,
business philosophies and exposure to real life
unstructured situations.

Dual specialization facility provided by the RTM Nagpur

university helps the students to develop themselves in
two different areas. Four semester system followed in the
program facilitates students with the flexibility required
to engage in several live projects and activities that
mould their personality.
Curriculum structure

First year of MBA is common and students are not

required to select specialisatin during their first year
of curriculam. First year includes important subjects
from all the specialization so that students could get
a general idea of all the specialization. This
particular feature of MBA program helps the
students to determine their interest and ability as
far as specialization is concerned during first year of
MBA program analysis. There are two semesters in
First year of MBA program.

E is an acronym for elective. 2 electives has to be selected in each semester.

 Second Year of MBA program

The student shall have a choice to select the specializations and soft core courses from the
list
according to his/ her area of interest.
Two Specializations are to be selected from the Groups of specializations.
A student is required to Select Any Two specializations as following:
Either both the specializations from group 1
OR
One specialization each from Group 1 and Group 2

RIMR has an entrepreneurial cell
wherein each individual is
provided with the training on
every characteristic of an
entrepreneur.
INDUSTRY AND INSTITUTE
INTERACTION CELL

At RIMR, our endeavor has

always been to be at the cutting
edge of business education.
However, the word education
always has two sides to it
theory and practice. Strangely
though, they seem mutually
exclusive. As someone has aptly
said in good humor theory is
when you know something but it
doesnt work. Practice is when
something works and you dont
know why

RIMR understands that today it

is very essential to create
employable people and that is
why RIMR wish to facilitate a
dialogue with the corporate
world to know better what is
expected from B-schools today.

Apart from this, RIMR has taken an active participation in

encouraging the women of every nook and corner of
Maharashtra belonging to various fiels of their excellence by
being an active sponsorer of lokmat sakhi manch.

And at the same time, for the further development of the

students of various collages, RIMR had organized an IBM

Students has to go through the exams conducted by various bodies

such as

MBA- CET conducted by DTE Maharashtra.

After successfully completing stage I , students has to go through

ARC verification process wherein the document verification of the
students is carried out by REAL INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT.

On successful completion of stage III, students has to go through

cap rounds.
 After stage III, students can take admission in REAL INSTITUUTE OF
MANAGEMENT.

FEES AND CONTACT

Fees for general category candidate is 77000 / p.a

Fees for OBC category candidates is 40000/ p.a

SC, ST, SBC and NT category candidates are exempted from paying
fees.
