OBJECTIVE
By the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to:-
1. listen to and enjoy the ABC song and sound of the alphabet.
2. sing the song with action.
3. make 20 out of 26 sound of each of the alphabet correctly.
ACTIVITIES

1. Teacher plays the song to be listened by the pupils.


2. Teacher teaches the sounds for the alphabet for the ABC song to the pupils.
3. Teacher asks pupils sing the song with actions along with teacher with the correct
sound of the alphabet.
4. Teacher divides the pupis into 5 groups.
5. Each group gets the same type of Alphabet Cards from the teacher and colour
them.
6. Teacher asks the pupils to sing along the song with action and holds the Alphabet
Cards.
7. Pupils will make sound of the alphabet only if its their group.
8. Teacher asks pupils to respond orally the correct sound of each alphabet
individually. *Pupils raise their hands to try.
