Check the MSC timer counter value
Solutions
Set the MSC timer counter larger than the TA set in BTS
Configure the correct parameters if they are default

Call drop at a place
Check the coverage RX level
Acceptable Rx level or not
Check with customer if there is terrain or higher building
Solutions
Adjust the antenna height or Azimuth or output power of BTS
If not possible recommend new site to cover the area
