AMS Team Lead Responsibilities:
Lead Functional, technical, and L1 teams
Responsible for Improving the performance of L1/L2 teams
Attend COE's weekly meetings in GS, Medical, Marine, CICPA, & Air COEs
Follow up on the new requirements raised during CoEs weekly meetings.
Assess the requirements, and prepare Request For Change (RFC), which includes detailed information about
the new requirements, and the best solution design options, highlighting prerequisites, and risks (If Any), and
the impact on each COE
Discuss the RFCs in a weekly meeting with client Design Decision Group (DDG)
Assign the approved RFCs to AMS team members, considering the work load of each consultant, to start
in development & configuration changes.
Review and approve Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), to ensure it includes all the details &
technical/business Information about the solution design.
Submit the approved FSDs to client for approval.
Follow-up with AMS team on work progress on daily basis.
Follow-up on service requests to ensure AMS team respond and fix all service requests & incidents within
the agreed SLAs.
Represent AMS team in Business Committee Meeting & Program Meeting (Client & IBM Top Management
Meetings), to explain high level of the completed, in process RFCs, and AMS future plan to improve the
performance and enhance the communication with the client and end users.
Responsible for SAP Integration aspects across all modules
Fully responsible to support Marine & CICPA COEs in all SAP requirements, and across all modules (MM/
WM, PM, PS, QM, DMS)
Provide PLM (PM, PS, QM, DMS) support for all COEs
