One of the value-chain match up that I see in PepsiCo is

combine sales and marketing activities


PepsiCo use Power of one strategy to place Pepsi and

Frito-Lay products side by side on the shelves at the

supermarkets
They also focused on soft-drink and snacks innovation
o to sustain sales and market share,
o including new formulation
o to lower the calorie content of their products.
