Dear Sir,

RESIDENTIAL QUARTERS

I confirm having leased out to you the Flat no Flat No 502, in 5th floor, House no 43, Sarat
Chandra Bose Road, Padmini Apartment, Kolkatta - 700 020 together with all appurtenances,
casements, and other rights appertaining thereto and all the fittings and fixtures attached thereto
and situated in the above address for a period of 3 (three) Years on rent of Rs. 18 000/-, per
month with effect from the 19 th August 2015 and I undertake to observe the following conditions
:-
1. I shall pay all property and building taxes and all other existing or future taxes and other
assessments whatsoever payable to any Government/Municipality in respect of the said
premises and to keep the lessee indemnified in respect of the same.
2. I shall keep the promises including the said building , fittings and fixtures in good order
and repair and to carry out at my cost all works by way of annual repair/maintenance.
3. The lessee may peacefully and quietly held and enjoy the said premises during the
period of tenancy without any interference by the lessor or any person lawfully claiming under,
through or in trust for the lessor.
4. This lessee can be terminated at any time by giving 1 months of notice on either side.
5. I am agreeable to your appropriating the 3 months advance rent paid to me towards the
last months rent on servicing notice/refunding the balance amount after such appropriation.
