I would like to be considered for the Warner Music Group Assistant A&R position. As a lifelong lover of
music, I have developed a strong relationship to the music industry. As a small town producer of multiple
local artists, I have built up experience in recording, editing, and synchronizing many different types of
music, and artists. I believe my experience, passion, and education have prepared me to be a successful
A&R.

I have recently produced a song for an artist based here in Michigan. Throughout the process many
challenges surfaced while editing the many components that went into the song. Utilizing many new
alternatives to overcome these, I have become well rounded in the music producing process. With this in
mind I have successfully developed, and initiated different methods to create what artists have asked of
me. Throughout the past couple years, my love for the music industry has grown tremendously, and
continues to.

An objective of your music company is to be set apart from the rest with your nurturing environment for
artists. I believe each and every artists/artists has a different set of goals, needs, and aspirations, and I feel
that it is very important to consider each and every one of these carefully with each new artist. My hope is
to motivate and grow with each artist I help and encounter for as long as I may be in this industry.

Fellow hometown producers, artists, and teachers at school would say that I am self-sufficient, dedicated,
and work well with others. I bring creativity, energy, and competency into the recording studio.

My goal is to obtain an Assistant A&R position at Warner Music Group. I look forward to discussing my
