Project Overview

The project was based on the knowledge of web designing and development
which includes HTML, CSS, and some knowledge of java scripting.
The main aim was to build a website for a company named CADD Centre situated
in hisar. The website should provide required knowledge about company,
courses provide, placements, history, and a small photo gallery of company.

Accomplishments. (How has the intern progressed during the internship


period?)

The progress was quite good. When the intern joined here he had some
knowledge of HTML, and little bit of CSS. During internship he build a good
command over HTML and learned CSS. The intern applied his knowledge as well
and give satisfactory results.

Strengths Demonstrated (Please mention the competencies with

Here are some qualities which I observed during internship, such as


Being humble and punctual to his work, being able to talk with people,
improvement in confidence, always engaged in his work and always ready to
listen to fellow interns, versatility in knowledge, and ready to learn new things.
There were a plenty of mistakes in his initial submission which he solved out by
talking to me and other interns. Overall the intern is good.

improvement? What suggestions would you offer the intern for


maintaining or improving his/her performance in the future?

There are many development areas for example when he joined he have a little
knowledge of HTML and CSS, but by the time he worked here he build a good
command over these languages.
There are many areas of development also such as lack of knowledge of java
script, and backhand language such as SQL, but I think he has enough time to
learn these all.
I would like to suggest him keep practicing, and improve your speed of coding.
