RULES & REGULATIONS

Margin Left, Right, Top and Bottom = 1


Font Times New Roman Size 12 Style Normal.
During the work zoom should 100%.
Text should be aligned Justified
Paper Size A4 (8.27 X 11.69)
Typing should be started from the every first column and line without leaving any space.
The space bar should not be pressed at the starting or end of a line.
Between two word single space.
Between two paragraphs single enter.
There will not be any diagrams, pictures or tables but only text will have to be typed.
Separate word files should be made for every image file. Word files should be given the
same name as the image file.
Above 20 % mistake the assignment will not accepted

IF THE ERROR OF THE ASSIGNMENT IS MORE THAN 75 ERRORS THEN THE WORK
WILL BE REJECTED AND PROCESSING CHARGE WILL BE LAPSED.

N.B.: WORK SHOULD BE SUBMITTED WITH IN 10 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF


DOWNLOAD WITHOUT FAIL. ANY KIND OF REQUEST WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
DATA TYPING
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FOR UNDERTAKING DATA TYPING JOB WORK

1. Everybody willing to take up the Data Typing work project should make sure that he/she
is capable enough to accomplish the task successfully. The person undertaking the work
project will be called the User.

2. The work project will consist of one Assignment, which is to be completed within 10 days,
i.e. the User will be having 10 days to work on one Assignment. The completed
Assignment will have to be submitted WITH IN 10 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF
DOWNLOAD WITHOUT FAIL.

3. Assignment will consist of 200 scanned images from Medical books/Any books or pages,
which will have to be typed manually by the User. Each page will be containing A4 size
matter. There will not be any diagrams, pictures or tables but only text will have to be
typed. The main thing to be taken care of will be the accuracy of the text being typed.

4. The User should strictly stick to the following in order to maintain the accuracy of the
matter being typed.

* The spelling should be exactly the same as those are in the scanned images.
Sometimes the spelling may be wrong in the original scanned images. But they will
not be considered as errors. The User is supposed to type exactly as per the
original scanned image.

* The punctuations should be at their respective places as per the image file.
Numerical mistakes will also be counted as errors.

* There should be no missing/extra or duplicate text. They will be counted as many


errors as the number of characters therein. Error will be counted as characters wise.

* Typing should be started from the very first column and line without leaving any
space. THE SPACEBAR SHOULD NOT BE PRESSED AT THE STARTING OR
END OF ANY LINE. Otherwise it will be considered as an error.

* You are not allowed to use any software for converting image file to Ms-word. If
found these files will be immediately rejected by company systems. Because when
you use software it changes the Ms-word file codes which is not visible to us.

5. The work will be discontinued on the occurrence of any of the following:


* Date counting will start from the date of downloading the work.

* Job will have to be submitted WITH IN 10 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF


DOWNLOAD WITHOUT FAIL, otherwise the job will not be accepted.

* The User within the stipulated time frame of 10 days does not complete
the Assignment then the job will be cancelled.

6. The User will be required to submit a fully completed Assignment only. A part of
the work provided will not be acceptable.

7. The Company will not be responsible for the work not being completed by the
User because of any kind of technical failure of the computer on which the User is
working.

8. As per our privacy policy, the User should be sure that his/her identity will not be
disclosed to anyone or anywhere for any purpose whatsoever.

9. In case the User does not work on the project seriously, sincerely, timely and as
per the specified accuracy parameters, the Processing charge will not be refunded
and Forfeited for substandard performance of the User.
