My family wakes up at 6 am to pray and have their phones and TV switched off to spend the day without technology. They have lunch at 7 am, then go to the desert where my little sister plays in the sand. They take a nap from 9 am to 12 pm, then get ready for a short trip to Oman. On the car ride they talk and tell stories. After dinner, they go to the beach until returning home at midnight to sleep.

A Day in my life with no technology

I wake up at 6:00 am to pray In This time My father take our phones and switch off the television
to spend our day without using this technology. After one hour at 7:00 we take our lunch then
we went to the desert, and we ate there. And my little sister played with the sand. After that at
9:00 we back to home to take a nap until 12:00 pm. Then we get ready to go to short travel; we
went to Oman! We spend our time in the car by talking to each other and telling funny stories.
We went to take our dinner then we went to the beach and set there until we back to the home.
We came to the house at 12:00 am we went to bed and sleep. This was my day without using
technology.
