Firstly, discuss one aspect that YOU feel you did very well. Try to
analyze why you think it worked well and what hints you would share
with other teachers about the successful strategy/
resource/activity/management style etc.

I think that I did a very good job when I used an example of something students are familiar with
which is the attendance example. By applying this example students were able to understand the
concept easily.

Secondly, elaborate on the aspect identified by YOU that requires


attention. Discuss what the problem was, why it occurred and what
action you intend to take to be more successful in the next lesson.

One aspect that did not went well with me is that Hamdan was misbehaving and he
affected his colleagues with his behavior and they started to do the same. I got nervous and
I did not know how to manage their behavior and I waste a lot of the lesson time trying to
keep them discipline.

Personal focus for next lesson:

When I will teach next time I will use behavior management strategies to manage students
misbehavior and to save the lesson time.
