Sketch a Diagram of the Bronchi and


Alveoli on the left then describe below
why we have so many alveoli in our lungs

section of the lungs shown above. Finish the
diagram by labelling the parts of the lung, gases
involved and how they move.

If the gases move by diffusion what can you


speculate about the gas concentrations in the
alveolus and blood?
