Problems

1. The document provides 15 sample problems related to amplitude modulation (AM) signals. The problems involve calculating carrier frequencies, sideband frequencies, modulation indices, bandwidths, and power levels for various AM signals. 2. Example calculations include determining the wavelength of signals at given frequencies, identifying the components of an AM signal from its constituent waveforms, and computing modulation index, sideband power, and total power transmitted for AM signals with given carrier power, modulation depth, and modulating frequency. 3. The problems address key concepts in AM such as how the spectrum of an AM signal is comprised of the carrier and two sidebands, and how modulation index, depth, and power levels are related.
