I am so thirsty. I should drink some water.

We use should to give an opinion or recommendation. We use it


when we think something is a good idea.
Example:

Muoi Van: I want to learn English.

Lina: I think you should go to a school. (It is a good idea to go to school.


Then you can learn English.)
