Clinic Information
Drs. Guerue and Gandre are the preceptors for this site. Dr. Guerue is a graduate of UNMC and will be an excellent preceptor at
this site. Please email her prior to beginning the clerkship to discuss arrival times and other instructions. Due to all of the new
requirements with HIPPA, you will need to print certificates of your compliance training (https://net.unmc.edu/care). You may
also need proof of immunization which may be obtained in Student Health (ext. 95158).
Directions
Take the Ogallala exit off of I-80. Travel north through Ogallala to Highway 26. Follow this through Bridgeport where
Highways 26 and 92 become one. Continue northwest until the highway intersects Sugar Mill Road. Turn right on Sugar Mill
Road. Proceed into Scotsbluff (Sugar Mill will become 21st Avenue) until you come to 42nd Street. Turn left on 42nd and
proceed to the Medical Center, which is a very tall building just south of 42nd Street. The office is at the intersection of 42nd
Street and Avenue B within the Medical Center Office Building, Suite 1200.

Students stay at Inn Touch, a remodeled hospital. All the rooms are furnished and are dorm-like accommodations. Meals are
provided at the hospital.

Pets: If checked, pets are allowed.
