SUBJECT : RATIFICATION OF THE AFS CONVENTION BY TOGO FLAG

Dear Sirs,

The purpose of this Circular is to inform and offer to guidance to All CMB Agents and surveyors that Togo ratified
the AFS convention instrument, In light of the above, We, Cosmos Marine Bureau Inc. (CMB) as Recognized
Organization under Togo Flag is duly authorized to issue International Anti-Fouling System Certificate as of the
February 09. 2017 instead of statement of compliance for Anti-Fouling System Certificate in accordance with Circular
No. : 0015C/TG/02/17 released by Togolese Maritime Administration.

As for existing statement of compliance already issued and placed on board of vessels hosting the Togo Flag, All CMB
Agents & Surveyors are hereby requested to proceed with the withdrawal of the statement of compliance for Anti-
Fouling System Certificate on board and replace it by Interim International Anti-Fouling System Certificate Rev.02
(2017.02) at the first next scheduled survey (annual and/or Intermediated or renewal surveys).

Your kind confirmation on due receipt of this official circulation will be highly appreciated.
