3. This whole day activity will be hosted by Surigao City District IV.

4. A subsidy of Php. 10,000.00 from this Divisions MOOE will be utilized for this undertaking and other
incidental expenses will be charged to schools MOOE of District IV (10% from each school).

5. Attendance is a must.
