We are the students of Industrial and Production Engineering from Shahjalal


University of Science and Technology. As a part of our coursework, we have to do a
thesis. We have selected a hospital related topic as our thesis topic which is
Application of lean manufacturing and simulation to assess and improve
performance a hospital. This concept has great potential to enhance performance
of hospitals. In order to conduct the research, we need access to your hospital. This
research will include interview of doctors and patients, questionnaires and collection
of various types of data which will take two or three months.

hospital. If you give us this opportunity, we will be very grateful to you. Moreover,
