Nurse : "Excuse me. Good morning.

"

Patient : "Good morning."

Nurse : "Let me introduce my self. My name is nurse Sholihatus, I am shift


in the morning at 07.00 until 14.00 noon. May I know you are name,
you are nickname, and your birth date?"

Patient : "Ok Ners. My name is Amelina, you can call me Amel, my birth date
4th July 1998"

Nurse : "Ok Amel. Well, how are you today? What are you fell now? "

Patient : "Not really, nurse. I was little bit headache last night."

Nurse : "Hmm.. Did you drink your medicine last night?"

Patient : "I did, but I woke up last night and I couldn't continue to sleep
nurse."

Nurse : " Ok, I'll check your blood tension now and take your temperature.
Can you stick out your hand?"

Patient : "Oh yes I can ners."

Nurse : "Ok. Your blood pressure is 120/80 mmHg. Better than yesterday
that I saw in the blood note is 140/90 mmHg."

Patient : "Oh yes. But I am a little scared because my headache still feels until
now nurse. Is that okay? "

Nurse : "Oh it's okay. Over time your headache will slowly disappear if you
drink the medicine according with doctor's prescription. I'll come back
and give your some medicine Aspirin to drink after lunch. "

Patient : "Okay nurse, I will wait later noon."


Nurse : "Okay. If you need my help please call me in nurse room right, thank
you."

Patient : "Okay. Your welcome."
