VANILLIN
Vanillin can be found in various types of plants such as
bean, pods, and Vanilla orchid. However, since the other materials
are cheaper, the product extracted from Vanilla orchid,
considered as a natural source, is hard to find these days. (1)

- para-vanillin

Application:
Vanillin is one major component in vanilla. Its mainly
used in food and beverage such as flavoring. Additionally, its
also used in non-food application such as fragrance, skincare,
herbicides, antifoaming agents, drugs and etc. (1)
