Mission Is More Than Routine: Tyler Street United Methodist Church

Tyler Street United Methodist Church in Dallas, Texas holds Sunday worship services at 8:30am and 10:50am. In his monthly newsletter article, the senior pastor discusses how the church routinely carries out its mission through Christian education and outreach programs, but that there is room to increase participation in hands-on mission projects. He provides several examples of local and global mission opportunities and encourages members to consider how they can support and participate in the church's efforts to "reclaim the city through the love of Christ."
