3. Overview of Mentionable Works: (Annex-3)
Financial Management Information System development for MFSP of Bangladesh Ministry
of Food is a government initiative in order to represent dynamic, informative system for
MFSP project. Admire will conduct a requirement analysis to define detailed user
requirements for the FMIS based on business requirements of MFSP at various levels PMU,
DG Food, FPMU and Site office including following analysis through :
a) Identify the FMIS stakeholders (all who have a role in data acquisition, processing,
reporting, or use/decision making).
b) Identify of detailed reporting requirements for financial management of the project;
c) Identify the various types of reporting content, formats, and frequency;
d) Determine of various types of information to be catalogued and stored in the FMIS
relating to the accounts and financial management of various activities of the project;
e) Identify basic information flow requirements (into, within, and out of the FMIS);
f) Preparing detail design recommendations in a Systems Requirement Study for the
proposed FMIS.
The design should be based on close interaction with the Client and be flexible to
incorporate changes in activities or future phases of the project. It will thus improve
capabilities MFSP to have a direct visibility and a transparent relationship between viewer
and the project. We delivered such type of services in the private and incorporated
organizations/corporate bodies in the United States, United Kingdom and in Bangladesh.

Teamex Jute Mills required a MIS enabled Financial Management system which would
include data for some of the key components such as production, inventory, cost and
expenditure. Firstly data entry user is allowed to enter the data of a particular month up to a
certain time only, if it goes beyond that time the user is not be able to enter the data
pertaining to that months.
Then User interface for the Administrators to update / modify erroneous data as deemed
necessary. Implementation of Login based security to authenticate proper users. The
administrator has capability to enter/ update the past data
Later Excel importable web based reporting engine for the generation of CPI reports
necessary for the publication purposes. The MIS users are able to generate the reports after
providing credentials required for the authentication purposes.

For batch updating, system allows for multiple posted batches with un-posted batch
balances show on the Vendor and the general ledger accounts
Allow user to input various source e.g. invoices, credit notes document and option to
print these document. These source documents will support the drill down the
account enquiry.

Comparison of current account balances to budget and prior year, including the

Admire Team created a user portal with database management system which tracks all the
dealer , sales center, activities known as Holcim Green Heart Society. This would also
include a professional networking site, intended to facilitate the country's development by
creating a common platform for the individuals involved in the construction industry.
The Data is entered through PC or mobile phones / hand held devices and through the
laptops. The Program is WAP enabled and uses a cloud server as the main database
repository.
The Program also contains capability to generate administrative and MIS reports based on
selected criteria. The reporting engine is based on Business Objects.
The Technology is .Net over SQL Server 2008 as the database server. The Program
sometimes uses the SQL server 2008 reporting engine for reporting.

Sycorax Technology, created the Vendor database and tracked payment information. Admire
developed an automated interface administrator to send the digitized document in an eBook
