Geomorphology is an area of geology concerned with the study of landforms, with the forces

and processes that have shaped them, and with the description and classification of various
physical features on Earth. The term, which comes from the Greek words geo, or "Earth," and
morph, meaning "form," was coined in 1893 by the American geologist William Morris
Davis (1850-1934), who is considered the father of geomorphology.

Similarities- Climatologists and meteorologists both use radar and satellite data, as well as
sophisticated computer models, to study atmospheric conditions.

Differences- A key difference between meteorologists and climatologists lies in the time
perspectives they bring to the study of weather and climate. Meteorologists produce forecasts
that are intended to predict weather conditions over the short term, often a horizon no longer
than 7 to 10 days. Climatologists, meanwhile, employ a long-term perspective, developing
and analyzing models that are designed to predict changes in weather patterns in the months
and years to come.

think about it you can see mathematics in many, many aspects of geography. If you have to
calculate distance, if you have to consider the temperature or youre in the certain parts of the
world and you need to use fahrenheit instead of celcius you gotta learn how to calculate
farenheit to celcius and then you also needs to consider statistics is used for demography its
