is not enough opportunity to foster and develop this in students. Storybird provides teachers

I chose this tool because it really satisfying to use as a teacher and a student. It is a
form of expression that is beneficial and fun by providing inspiration through art. Storybirds
foundation and structure is so easy to understand and it can be implemented in various ways
for various topics serving a multitude of purposes. It is effective at allowing students to jump
right in and make connections with words and images. Additionally, it facilitates social,
collaborative efforts among students to brainstorm, problem solve, and follow writers and
artist. Not only does it allow students to work on assignments intended to teach specific
content and concepts in language arts and grammar, but it allows students to freely and
openly write for pleasure. I cannot think of a better tool to engage students and demonstrate
opportunities to kick start and develop their creativeness. I chose to use Screencast-O-Matic
for my tutorial because it allows the listener to actively walk through the process with you to
learn about how to use the website as you discuss the features and steps for using Storybird
confusion, and allows the listener to build connections with the content of the website.
