I consider myself to get the opportunity to conduct the training approval and project assignment by Dabas fuel
point under Indian oil cooperation(IOCL).I got the opportunity to get a practical exposure into actual
environment and it provides me the golden opportunity to make my theoretical concept of management
system process in more clear way.

I m very thankful to Mr. Rakesh kumar for providing me the opportunity to do the internship in the
dabas fuel point. Also, thankful to the officials at IOCL and all the staff for their cooperation during my training
for providing me necessary information without which the project report would not have been completed.

I have gone through various sites, Research books and Newspapers to get the accurate information for
analysis and tried to find the best conclusion.

Preface
Internship is the most vital part of BBA course,both as a link between theory and actual industrial
practices as well as an opportunity for hands on experience in working environment. I therefore,
consider myself fortunate to receive the training in an organization viz. DABAS FUEL POINT.Yet the
opportunity could not been utilized without the guidance and support of many individuals who
although held varied positions, but were equally instrument for although completion of my
internship.

and also thanks to all my faculty members and my parents


and friends. However, accept the responsibility errors of omission and would be extremely grateful to
readers of this project report if they bring such mistake to my notice.

Petrol pump management system is developed to manage daily
records of petrol pump. Using this system admin can check the
employee attendance, quantity of petrol and diesel sold in any day,
week or month. Using sales module admin can check which employee
sold how much diesel or petrol. Admin can also check total oil purchase
by the petrol pump. Using this system admin can also find full details of
a employee like his address, phone number etc. admin can also check
salary of any employee. Admin can also check what is the amount of
petrol, diesel, oil an employee has sold. Admin can also check the
timing of employee. User can generate reports easily form this petrol
pump management system.
