1. For a clean installation of the patch:


A. Delete the "download" folder in our PES 2017 installation folder.
B. Delete EDIT.bin from "Documents\Konami\Pro Evolution Soccer 2017\save".

2. Start the "Setup".

3. Now, select your PES 2017 installation folder:


- C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Pro Evolution Soccer 2017

4. Now you have selected your PES 2017 installation folder click in "Next"

5. The beginning of the installation can be slow, wait some seconds

6. The PTE Patch is installed.

7. You now can run the game on "PTE Patch.exe" or on "pes2017.exe". (Run always as
administrator)

- Dont forget to use the PTE Patch.exe (selector) to switch between the Online Mode
and Offline Mode.

- Only use the Online Mode for Play Online

- Turn Off the KONAMI Live Updates to play with created teams (Like Bayern Munchen)

HOW TO TURN OFF LIVE UPDATES
___________________________________________________________________________________

- Just click in the "RS" button after the Live update is implemented and all comes
to normal again

- Or, you can turn off your wi-fi when you are in the "Press Start Button" screen

- Or, go to the "Settings.exe" file, "Online" tab and set the "UDP Port" to "0"

IMPORTANT: You can use Live Updates (you will just lose the created teams, but all
comes to normal if you just click
in "RS" button to turn off Live Updates, there is no need to install the patch
again) when you go play a exhibition match BUT,
you can't apply Live Updates, that will overwrite the Option File and it will be
necessary install the patch again.

## To clarify:

- When you play a exhibition match, for example, the Live Updates are automatically
implemented in the game but, you can revert that by just clicking
on the "RS" button or just come back to the main menu and turn off your wi-fi, the
patch will come to normal.

- The only thing you can`t do is "APPLY LIVE UPDATE", you can find this option in
the main menu in the "Extras" tab.
