1) Ramon Perez and his children executed an affidavit quitclaiming any interest they may have in a property located in GSIS Village covered by TCT No. RT-43556 (344848) registered under Ma. Vicky P. Herrera and Rodrigo Herrera. 2) Ramon Perez later filed an affidavit withdrawing an earlier adverse claim he made against the same property in favor of Vicky Herrera and Rodrigo Herrera. 3) Both affidavits were executed voluntarily to clarify the ownership of the property.

registered with the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City;

That we are executing this Affidavit voluntarily and in favor of any future
buyer and/or whoever acquired the same in any means.
