Pre-Proposal Statement

Project Title: BASCOFADCO Membership and Information System

Scope of the Study:
The BASCOFADCO is currently using manual system
which is the use of paper and pen in giving information
to its members. The researchers propose a computer
based system that automate the existing manual system
in order for the member to lessen the time and work.
In this system, the members can check for updates
and advises about their cooperative. All records of the
members will be put in their database. The online
membership and information system will only automate
the records.
Limitations of the Study: The BASCOFADCO Membership and Information
System have limitations. It only limited for the members
of the cooperative. When data or internet connection is
absent, the users/members cannot view for updates and
for their transactions.
