 TELECABLES S.A. was founded in 1991 as a
joint venture between HELLENIC CABLES S.A.
and SIEMENS A.G.
The company manufactures copper and
fiber optic telecommunications and data
cables utilising know-how from SIEMENS.
Equipped with state of the art production and
ancillary equipment, the company's
production plant, near Athens, currently
includes in its production range high-
performance underground-duct, overhead
and indoor telecommunications and data
cables for use in advanced networks.
Our fiber optic cables offer a range of
options in fibers per cable, both for indoor and
outdoor applications. The copper cable
range includes cables with cellular
polyethylene insulation, unfilled or jelly-filled,
armoured or unarmoured, of up to 3,200 pairs
per cable.
TELECABLES S.A. is totally committed to
quality in every aspect of manufacturing and
testing. The company applies extensive,
internationally recognised quality assurance
procedures and is ISO 9002 certified.
Cables can be manufactured to all customer
specifications covered by international and
national standards, including IEC, VDE, CEI,
NF, EN, BS, REA, ASTM, MAT, BRITISH
TELECOMM-CW, DIN, ETSI and ELOT.
With growing international presence, the
companys cables are used extensively by
Telecommunications Utilities and private
companies in Europe, the Middle-East, Asia
and Africa.
