This tool is a personality diagnosis based on the work of Carl Jung. It is a way for you to understand your preferred personality and the personalities of others. A few notes: (1) Its not perfect and it is still very useful (2) Its not meant to measure anyoneonly to sort personality types (3) It can also be used to describe the personality types of groups, companies, or even entire cultures.
