Subject:- Demand for Fund under ADP No. 516/

The above subject ADP scheme is scheduled for completion during the
current financial year 2011-12. The allocation made during the budget for the current
financial year is Rs.25 Million The released amount vide Superintending Engineer
Swabi Irrigation Circle Swabi letter No. ________ Dated 25-01-2012 of Rs.12.5 Million
has already been exhausted against the work done at site while the liability of contractor
is increasing day by day.
It is requested that to approach Finance Department to release the
balance fund of Rs.12.5 Million to this office to complete the remaining work in the
current financial year.
