BARANGAY

1. Are you aware of the increasing number of children committing crimes in our country?
2. If yes, will you agree if a proposed center will be located in your community?
3. If no, which what is your concern why you disagree?
4. In your opinion, why do these children got involved in doing things that are illegal?

5. If a child after rehabilitation has no relatives or has an abusive family, will you consider adopting him/her?

SOCIAL WORKERS

1.) Is the number of CICL in the Philippines especially in Metro Manila increasing?
2.) What are the most crimes that the CICL involved of?
3.) Where these children are brought to?
4.) In your opinion, why do these children got involved in doing things that are illegal?
5.) What kind of facilities and activities do you provide for the rescued CICL?
6.) Any cases (Physical, mental or social) that these CICL face inside the institutions? How do you handle it?
7.) How do you provide their education in those types of cases?
8.) What would you recommend on the design of the other health care institutions for CICL?
9.) How is the institution funded? Is it by donation?
10.) What are the agencies/beneficiaries you coordinate with in handling the street children?
11.) Do you think that the current Yakap Bata Holding Center is insufficient for the juvenile youths of Manila?
12.) If yes, what do you think are the things that made the holding center deficient?
13.) Do you think that these problems prolong the rehabilitation of the youth offenders?
14.) If yes, do you think that the construction of a new facility for these juveniles can be helpful for their rehabilitation?
