How To Make Soup

Ingredients:
350 gr chicken (cut into pieces)
1 medium-size carrot (cut into pieces), 2 fruit potatoes (diced)
1 stalk scallion pods (finely sliced)
fried onions for topping to taste
1 red tomato (cut into pieces)
5 thread the nut string beans (cut each 3 cm)
2 pieces of cabbage (cut into pieces)
salt to taste
granulated sugar to taste
flavor enhancer to taste
water sparingly
oil for sauteing to taste

Spice paste:
5 grains of red onion
2 cloves garlic
2 roasted hazelnut grains
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
The Process Of Making Chicken Soup:
Chicken cut into pieces that are already washed with water until it is completely clean, drain
Saute seasoning which is mashed with a little oil until fragrant
pour the water into the sauteed seasoning to taste, wait until boiling
Enter the chicken pieces into the boiled marinade, let stand until cooked and tender
put all the vegetables already cut into the chicken stew
Add sugar, salt and flavor enhancer, stirring until well blended and matured
turn off the heat and put pieces of tomato and slices scallion pods

Bahan :
350 gr daging ayam ( potong-potong )
1 buah wortel ukuran sedang ( potong-potong ),2 buah kentang ( potong dadu )
1 batang bawang daun polong ( iris halus )
bawang goreng untuk taburan secukupnya
1 buah tomat merah ( potong-potong )
5 utas kacang buncis ( potong setiap 3 cm )
2 lembar kol ( potong-potong )
garam dapur secukupnya
gula pasir secukupnya
penyedap rasa secukupnya
air secukupnya
minyak untuk menumis secukupnya
Bumbu yang dihaluskan :
5 butir bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
2 butir kemiri sangrai
1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk
Proses Membuat Sop Ayam :
1. ayam yang sudah dipotong-potong dicuci dengan air sampai benar-benar bersih, tiriskan
2. tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan dengan sedikit minyak sampai harum
3. tuang air secukupnya kedalam bumbu yang ditumis, tunggu sampai mendidih
4. masukkan potongan ayam kedalam bumbu yang direbus, diamkan sampai matang dan
empuk
5. masukkan semua sayuran yang sudah dipotong kedalam rebusan ayam
6. tambahkan gula, garam dan penyedap rasa, aduk sampai tercampur rata dan matang
7. matikan api lalu masukkan potongan tomat dan irisan bawang daun polong
8. sop ayam siap disajikan
Cara Membuat Es Buah
Ingredients:

150 g strawberries, halve 4 parts


150 grams of fruit, cut into cubes
100 grams of melon, cut round
2 avocados, cut into round
50 grams of blueberries
150 grams of kiwi, cut into pieces
Ingredient Gravy (mix well):
400 ml orange juice medan
4 tablespoons honey
4 sprigs mint leaves, finely sliced
2 tablespoons of lemon water
400 grams of ice cubes

How to make:
Mix the strawberry, Dragon fruit, melon, avocado, blueberry, and
kiwi. Mix well.
Serve with gravy mix

150 gram strawberry, belah 4 bagian


150 gram buah naga, potong kotak
100 gram melon, potong bulat
2 buah alpukat, potong bulat
50 gram blueberry
150 gram kiwi, potong-potong

Bahan Kuah (aduk rata):

400 ml air jeruk medan


4 sendok makan madu
4 tangkai daun mint, iris halus
2 sendok makan air lemon
400 gram es batu

Cara membuat:

Campur strawberry, buah naga, melon, alpukat, blueberry, dan kiwi.


Aduk rata.
Sajikan dengan campuran bahan kuah
