AbscondingTracker - AWOI Process

This document outlines the process for tracking employees who are absent without official leave (AWOL). On the first day, the user manager or trainer is to try contacting the employee and document any responses. On the second day, they try contacting the employee again with the operations manager, documenting any responses. If the employee remains unreachable on the third day, the tracker is sent to HRBP and they may approve separation if the employee is considered to have absconded from their duties. Warning and termination letters are then sent to the employee's home address on the following days.
