1 egg, 3 soup spoon of fat free yogurt, 1soup spoon of cornflour, 4 soup spoon of
oat bran, 1 tea spoon of baking powder,
1tea spoon of cumin, little bit of herbs of your choice and bit of salt
bake in oven 200 celsius for 20 min this size is made from double
Pizza Dukan
2 tablespoons of oatbran (or 1 1/2 teaspoon attack)
-1 tablespoon wheat bran (if you want to use another tablespoon of oats)
-1 tablespoon milk powder 0% (if you can not replace with 1 tablespoon of starch)

-2 tablespoons Greek yogurt 0% (you can use plain yogurt or whey cheese).

dried parsley + thyme + dried onion flakes)
-measures of hot peppers
- mozzarella cheese 0% (or you can use dukan cheese)
-feta 0% (optional)

3 pcs. Eggs
2 teaspoons Corn starch
5 tablespoons white cheese
5 tablespoons of skim milk

8 tablespoons oatbran
1 Yeast dry (7 grams)
1/2 teaspoon Seeds of sesame
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees C and paste a baking sheet with baking paper.
Separate the eggs.
Dissolve starch in 4 teaspoons of cold water, resulting in a liquid paste.
Add the dissolved starch over the whites eggs and mix it.
In another bowl mix yolks with the white cheese, yoghurt and salt.
Separately, combine the yeast with the oat bran then mix them with the composition
of yolks.
Incorporates the composition obtained in the foam whites and mixes gently with a
spatula from the top down.
Put the mixture in prepared form and sprinkle over the seeds of sesame.
Put on the hot oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees C, then set the temperature to
150 degrees C and bake for 40 minutes.
After the baking time has expired, set the oven on the grilling grill function for
3-4 minutes.
Allow to cool slowly in the oven, with the door open for 10 minutes.
Remove the bread from the oven and form and place it on a grill, not to remain wet.
Remove the baking paper after it has cooled down and enjoy fresh bread.
