MEMORANDUM
1. On or about 1:30 in the afternoon of January 20, 2017, a Homicide transpired at Bulacan State
University Main Campus, Graduate School Building, at the room APP 114 wherein an
unidentified body of a college girl was found on the floor with her pants and underwear pulled-
down and her upper garments torn, with multiple stab wounds on the face.
2. Initial investigation conducted disclosed the victims identity through her school ID. The
victim, Marielle Borja, 18 years old, a resident of Malolos, Bulacan, who is currently taking up
Bachelor of Arts in Tourism.
3. During the initial investigation of the SOCO Team on the cordoned crime scene, they found the
possible weapon used which was a butterfly knife. Other recovered items are now under the
custody of SOCO Team and are undergoing examination.
4. The responder patrolled the area but no possible suspects were found. The motive of the
incident is yet to be determined.
