percentage of contribution/participation made to the Interview/Business Report project. You will not
receive a final grade for the project unless this form is signed by each group member and submitted
along with the hard copy of the report.

Please keep in mind that this exercise is an opportunity for you and your group to demonstrate your
team working abilities as adults and as RMIT students. Remember that you are to be professional and

Print a copy of this form and attach it to the hard copy of the Business Report/Interview Transcript
that you will submit to your Lecturer at the end of Week 12.
