- WFP FUSP: Consultancy to assess economically viable IGAs and design asset transfer programs for
sustainable uptake of the IGAs by the targeted vulnerable women in Pabna and Sirajganj districts.
- USAID PROSHAR: Support to ACDI/VOCA and PCI to research and design livelihood and food security
interventions based on market oriented approach for selected value chains in targeted upazilas as a
preparation for the bid for USAID MYAP title II Program.

Spearheaded by Sadruddin Imran and Md. Rubaiyath Sarwar, Innovision Consulting Private Limited currently
employs 22 full time professionals and more than 30 part time research associates and consultants. The
professionals work on three core teams- research, project management, growth management and
communications. Our professional staffs come from diversified educational background which includes MBA,
economics, agronomy, environmental engineering, international relations, marine science, statistics and social
science. The staffs have been extensively trained on project management, M4P, Value Chain development,
monitoring and evaluation respectively by MDF Sri Lanka, AIT Thailand, Opportunities Unlimited, The
Springfield Center UK, DCED and Action for Enterprise (AFE).

OFFICE FACILITIES

Innovision Consulting Private Limited is situated in a premier location of the capital of Bangladesh. The office
premises of Innovision is outfitted with internet connectivity, 24 hr power backup, water supply and other
means of official facilities. All staffs have laptops and internet connectivity and can work remotely from any
place at any time. The whole office is aided with a full-fledged set of furniture and cabinets, dining and
refreshment facilities to be treated as a healthy and comfortable workplace. Innovision possesses its own

KEY PERSONNEL

Sadruddin Imran
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Sadruddin Imran is the founder and Chairman of Innovision Consulting Private Limited. He is involved in all
research and implementation work of Innovision as part of the management team and also leads the
administration and finance department. Prior to his role in Innovision, he has served in Katalyst, a multi-donor
funded private sector development project for more than 5 years in different capacity and was a member of the
core leadership team there. He was involved in assessment and implementation work in more than 20 rural and
industrial value chains and subsectors during his professional career in Bangladesh, Indonesia, Afghanistan,
Nigeria and Yemen. He worked with clients like Swisscontact Indonesia, Katalyst, Intercooperation, GRM
International, Action for Enterprise, World Vision, International Labor Organization, ACDI/VOCA, Project
Concern International, International Development Enterprises, Palli Karma Sahayak Foundation among others.
Mr. Imran received professional trainings from Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand and International Labor
Organization, South Africa among others. He participated in different workshops and seminars in Thailand,
China, Italy, Belgium and India. He holds MBA and BBA degree from Institute of Business Administration,
University of Dhaka, the premier business school of Bangladesh.

Rubaiyath Sarwar
Managing Director

Md. Rubaiyath Sarwar is the founder and the Managing Director of Innovision Consulting Private Limited, a
specialized consulting firm in Bangladesh on agribusiness and industrial value chain analysis, strategies and
interventions, monitoring and impact assessment. Since 2004, Rubaiyath Sarwar has worked on research,
project design and implementation on 14 agribusiness and industrial value chains in Bangladesh which include
furniture, cultured fisheries, poultry, seeds, fertilizer, floriculture, vegetable, maize, turmeric, pineapple,
banana, agro-tools, mushroom, pulses and oil crops, beef fattening and dairy. Clients that he served directly
include UNDP, World Food Program (WFP), Katalyst, Intercooperation, Opportunities Unlimited, International
Development Enterprises (IDE), ACDI/VOCA, Project Concern International (PCI), Palli Karma Shahayak
Foundation (PKSF). He has also served Swisscontact Indonesia on their Local Economic Development program
in Nusa Tenggara Timur Province in Indonesia. Currently, as the Managing Director of Innovision Consulting,
Rubaiyath Sarwar directs a team of 22 professionals in several short term research and long term projects on
value chain and enterprise development. Rubaiyath Sarwar is an MBA and BBA from the Institute of Business
Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka, the premier business school in Bangladesh.
