MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

This Agreement and entered into this 5th day of June, 2017 at
Bagumbayan, Pililla, Rizal, Philippines, by and between.

The DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, an agency of the National


Government of the republic of the Philippines, with office address at Pililla Elementary
School Central, Pililla, Rizal represented by its Principal III (designation), MRS. LYN
P. SANCHEZ (NAME OF REPRESENTATIVE), herein referred to as DepEd.

-and-

MR. ARNEL H. ESCAVILLAS (laborer) an individual, with home address


at Bagumbayan, Pililla, Rizal.

Have entered into an agreement with regards to their duties and


responsibilities as Utility Worker.

1. The Utility Worker shall be paid by the School education Fund (SEF) I the
amount of Six Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (Php 6,200.00) in full.

SIGNED on the date and at the place first above written.
