Functional/Technical Training: These are the training inputs essential for effectively performing the roles and
responsibilities of a Job as per KRA. These may also be inputs for learning new skills required for new responsibilities.

e.g.: SAP, CAD/CAM, Total Station, Tally, Customer Relationship Management, etc.

Behavioral Training: These are the training inputs required for the enhancement of soft-skills and continuously achieve
Personal Development.
